Karen is a credentialled member of the International Coaching Federation, a graduate of the inviteCHANGE Coaching Program and has a Masters in Business Administration. She has over twenty years experience in human resources for the entertainment, software development, healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Karen provides seasoned counsel to her corporate and individual clients.
Karen currently serves on the Board of the Puget Sound Coaches Association and is the Seattle SHRM Leader for the Coaching in Organizations Special Interest Group. Karen was 2009 President of the Seattle Society of Human Resources Association (SHRM) and past President of the South Bay Los Angeles Chapter of SHRM. She was author of PIHRA Magazine column, “Technologically Speaking” and was co-host of “Alive at Work” Radio Show on Everett Public Radio.
